In case the vehicle/ driver license is lost or damaged, the licensee should head to the competent traffic unit at which it was issued, in order to fill out an application form. The replacement application form is stamped with the due license fees, and it should include: The applicant's name, place of residence, license plates number (for vehicle license), and the driving license number (whether lost or damaged). In the provisions of this regulation, the applicant is asked to present a Proof of identity and residential address. The competent traffic unit at which the damaged/lost license was issued shall then consider the application filed, and conform presented data to previously registered data on premises. Upon the verification of their conformity, and after paying the exact fees, the vehicle/driving license is replaced with data identical to the lost/damaged one noted with "replaced license" with the issuance date.

In case the slow transit vehicle / driver license is lost or damaged, the licensee should head to the competent local council at which it was issued, in order to fill out an application form. The replacement application form is stamped with the due license fees, and it should include: The applicant's name, place of residence, license plates number (for vehicle license), and the driving license number (whether lost or damaged). In the provisions of this regulation, the applicant is asked to present a Proof of identity and residential address. The competent local council at which the damaged/lost slow transit vehicle permit /license was issued shall then consider the application filed, and conform presented data to previously registered data on premises. Upon the verification of their conformity, and after paying the exact fees, the slow transit vehicle permit/driving license is replaced with data identical to the lost/damaged one noted with "replaced license" with the issuance date.
